I have a DELL inspiron laptop. Off late I am not able to get past the XP
logon page during bootup. I get a blue screen with the c000021a fatal system
error with the status 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000). I can get to the
safe mode (without networking), but dont know how to fix the problem. can
anyone please help?
