I've just purchased a game 'The Sudoku Challenge', but each time I run it,
it changes the screen refresh to from 85hz to 60hz. I can go to Control
Center and go throught the steps to change it back each time, but is there
any way to force screen settings to stay, either globally or for a
specific program?
Thanks

If you have a TFT monitor, the 60Hz refresh rate is recommended anyway.
In case that you have an old CRT monitor and if that game is based on
DirectX: Start > Run: DXDIAG.EXE
Click the tab at the right and the last button from the top. Enter the
85Hz refresh rate. If this doesn't help, contact the game manufacturer.

Yes it is a CRT using DirectX 9, but it still manages to over-ride
the settings

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
