Can\'t adjust mic\'s quality, default grayed out
I have the Windows 7 operating system and a Plantronics wireless USB mic. When I cannot adjust the microphones recording quality settings as they are grayed out to the default settings and therefore cannot be changed anyone that can help me with this, your help would be appreciated in advance. Thank you
