can i operate all old language software and computer science related software on i3 processor. plz reply soon i m in grt hurry. hlp me

It depends on your Operating system and not the processor.

For example if you have windows XP, Turbo C++ will run with fullscreen and if you have Vista/7 it won't run in fullscreen.

Moreover,Windows 7 didn't supported ORACLE.

What I wanna say is that it depends on the OPERATING SYSTEM.

You should be able to find compilers for most any language that run on most any operating system. Isn't the Internet wonderful? Whether your favorite compiler works is a whole other animal... but surely, one for whatever language you're working with is available.
