Please don't type in caps it's rude since typing in caps means your yelling and nobody here needs to be yelled at to answer your question.
You also need to be more clear on the question yo have and what do you mean by all Icons are the same ? Are they the same picture ?

If you want to change the picture of an Icon then you right click on it and select properties and then the customize tab, then at the bottom select change Icon and there are a selection of pictures to choose from for the Icon picture to be changed to.
