What are the physical differences between these two sub-models?

The 133 Mhz - Thoroughbred
166 Mhz - barton.
Wrong, both are Thoroughbred-B, they are the same with 133MHz and 166MHz FSB. 133MHz one runs at 2.13GHz while 166MHz one runs at 2.08GHz.

If I agree with you... will you shut up?

2600+ Barton is not available on retail in Australia, most of them goes to OEM. There are some AthonXP are in this categories: 2600+ Barton, 2300+ Thoroughbred, and 2900+ Baton are those I know.
