Would anyone know if there are drivers available for the Power Color Radeon 7500 64MB PCI card?

I crossed the line into insanity so long ago I no longer have any idea which way to go to get further from the line.

I'm not sure exactly, but I do know that the nvidia drivers work and are readily available. ATI hasn't been as helpful. They maybe a driver out there somewhere, but maybe hard to find/use.

ATI doesn't make their own linux drivers, so you'll have to search for other options. Try over at XFree86 maybe.

They do have a driver there that I will try, it isn't accelerated but it is not like I am doing gaming in Linux.

I've not seen anything 3D specific for 7500 cards, but ATI users might be interested in the following...
