How to fix problems with the sound card Acer

My Acer laptop will not play anything audio, there's no sound from anything, Spotify, windows media player, youtube etc. It just says there's a problem with the sound card...what does this mean/ how can i fix it?

you probably popped the sound hardware. you gotta get it replaced. or use a one of thoes express slot sound cards if your laptop has any ports for them.
