Trouble with my HP Officejet 6500 Wireless Printer, not printing when all cartri

Hello,

My HP OfficeJet 6500 is only using the black cartridge and not the color cartridges, which are brand new and I performed a head cleaning.

The issue appears to be at the printer level and not from the PC, since even a copy in color will use only the Black cartridge.
