i just built myself a new computer and installed the counterstrike that came with my AIW 8500 card. the only problem is that the tilda button doesn't birng down console while i play. how do i get my console back?

yeah, i just did that shortcut thing and it worked. thankyou. my problem is fixed and yet i feel that atleast one or two people are still going to post past this.
