Intel 160 GB X25M Mainstream SATA II MLC Solid State Drive (SSD) Bare/OEM Package SSDSA2MH160G2C1
Will this ssd fit in the m11x? also anyone know if this ssd is worth it?

It should, regardless of whether it is a 2.5 or 1.8 inch drive, as your laptop should have sata ii. Only trouble is if it is a 1.8 drive (I'm not sure off the top of my head), it may not fit all that well and vice versa.
