My home surround sounds right front speaker buzzes no matter what speaker I use or what cable i put in to it. Is this a reciever issue or what. Is the port screwed up?

you will have to use logic and elimination to find the source of this noise, but the first place i would suspect would be a patch cord .

Do a tracking solution and change the left speaker to the right and visa versa and see what happens. It sounds like a receiver problem to me. try getting another receiver and see what happens.
