New reciever for Z-5500 ? Tags: Speakers HD Audio Last response: July 4, 2011 8:03 PM in Home Audio Share mhy12784 July 3, 2011 7:00:08 PM I wanted to upgrade the reciever for my Logitech Z-5500 speakers that ive had. While DTS is nice and all I would like to to get true hd 5.1 via and HDMI compliant AV receiver. Unfortunately the Z-5500 only has your basic optical inputs and the sound quality suffers accordingly. Anyone know of a solid reciever that is compliant with my z-5500 speakers/sub that will get me true 5.1 hd audio via bluray and what not ? Thanks a ton !
