Thinkpad t400 or?

Im getting a laptop in the next few days and was wondering if there are any other laptops comparable to the t400 as far as noise/build/etc?

There are plenty out there that compare. If you want to do a bit more investigating check out some Asus or Toshiba's, as they are usually build rather well and tend to last.
