Erm... why do you want to remove the admin account? I'm confused.
That would essentially wreck the computer if you ever need to do ANYTHING that needed admin permissions. (Which includes half the tasks done to a computer.)
Microsoft does not recommend removing the administrator account. If you want to remove it, it really won't cost anything to remove it anyway, so you could do it for free.
