Windows couldn't start up

hi every one .. i recently encountered a problem in my system it says "system couldn't start up properly "and it gives me 2 options "start windows normally and recovery "if i choose recovery it check and said system couldn't auto recover and its asking "do you want to tell Microsoft about it" if i said no the system turns off. again when i turn on and if i click "starts windows normally " it starts as usual.. please help me to rectify it

All you need to do is to select start Windows normaly and you will go into Windows desktop. If you keep getting the message with the two options then that means Windows is not shutting down properly. How are you turning the computer off ?

i turn off as normal .." start ---> shutdown "after closing all files and program closed. but it use to tell explorer playing background music . after that it closes .
