I could not find drivers for the Canon MultiPASS C70 at the Canon U.S.A. web site, which
makes me think that it has been orphaned in the U.S.. But, I did find drivers, and a
patch for Windows XP at the Canon-Asia web site:

When you get to the site scroll down to the MultiPASS series, and you will see the drivers
and the Windows XP Patch file. Since the MultiPASS models prior to your model number are
not XP compatible, and yours needs an XP patch (which might or might not work, especially
if you have updated to Windows XP SP2), it must be an old model. The newest MultiPASS
models have MUCH model higher numbers, and can be purchased new for about $149. Sometimes
getting something second hand is more trouble than it is worth. I hope that the MultiPASS
drivers and Windows XP Patch for the C70 at the site above work for you.
