I have a Dimension 8200 I purchased in 01/02. Is it possible to upgrade it
to USB 2.0, and, if so, how? Thanks in advance for any assistance you folks
may be able to provide..

Buy a PCI USB 2.0 card. They're cheap and most have 4 ports.
