trying to start task manager with ctl+alt+del, gets message that it's turn
off my admin. Howdo you turn this back on?

If it's a standalone system, type this in Start-Run to remove Task Manage
restrictions:

==Watch for line wrap==
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v
DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
=================

Follow-up with Malware cleanup. The above restriction may be enabled by a
Malware.

Run these malware cleaners:

1. Ad-Aware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com

2. SpyBot S&D
http://www.safer-networking.org

3. CWShredder
http://www.intermute.com/spysubtra [...] nload.html

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.
