On the older monitor(which is around a year old) the blue color seems bit more washed out. On the new monitor it is more vibrant. Also, this could be my imagination but I think the black levels are slightly darker and the whites definitely are whiter on the new one also. Checked the settings and both monitors have the same factory default settings(as far as I could tell).
