cpu and ddr speeds problem!!!

i have a barton 3000+ (333) that works great at 11.5x200 and hier, and i just bought ddr400 to put cpu=ddr=200mhz the problem is that the thing wont even boot with this configuration!I can only push one of them to 200mhz!(cpu=4 and ddr=333 or cpu=333 and ddr=400)when i push both i cant get even a monitor signal and not even when clear bios the system boots , only if i change the ddr to my old stick of 333mhz the system posts!!
what could it be!!!!!!!!Please Help!

Offhand I would have to guess at either a faulty stick of RAM or the power supply. What are your voltages and have you run memtest?
