Hello,i have an m1oo and don't know if i should use dvd+ or dvd- does any know which one it uses

The most universal format is the DVD-. That will ensure that it will play in just about any dvd player. If you're using the burning for data to swap between computers, anything newer than 2005 will not have trouble reading either format.
