Printer spooler needs to be restarted everytime i print

printer spooler needs to be restarted everytime i print. why is that?

and it just started a few days ago. i never encountered something like this before. and i think its only my desktop, when my laptop prints its fine. i don't receive any errors about printer spooler but restarting it fixes the problem temporarily, for just 1 print. lol. irritating. so how do i fix it?

the printer is connected to a network.

the printer is a brother mfc-490cw. Os is XP x64
