It's at aceshardware.com. <A HREF="http://www.aceshardware.com" target="_new">http://www.aceshardware.com</A>

Edit: Oh yeah, extreme edition or not, as expected the benches show not a lot of improvement with the increased cache. Certainly its not enough to justify the price tag.

Well there's no reason to head over there now. They've taken them down due to an NDA date that intel forgot to inform them of. IIRC the only one with a sizeable increase was commanche 4, something like a 17% increase, the rest just went up a few fps which translates to approx 5% increase in performance.

Hey, that is not a big incredible boost, but it's a fair enough boost! Plus, a 3.4Ghz Northwood shows that they had more headroom than they led us to believe.

I think a 3.4Ghz NW with 2MB cache looks good... At which price tag, I wonder, will this be sold?...

Which price tag?... I wasn't aware that the pricing was out...
By guestimation the Intel P4 EE (Emergency Edition) will probably have EP (Extreme Pricing).

As funny as that sounds... the not funny part is it is probably true.
