ntldr missing ?????

can any one please help me ive iust put together a new pc turned it on formatted the hdrive and went into the bios set up changed the cpu speed exit and nothing!!! restarted and went to bios defaults and restarted went past the first beep and the asus logo, then the message `NTLDR MISSING` hit control alt delte and now i dont know what to do!!!!!!! mabey boot seq or something

Do you have any os installed currently, my guess is you formated but have not cleared the Boot sector (tells bios where the OS is on your HD) the simple fix is to boot the comp NT/2k/XP (i am assumming you are using those os's because 9x based os's do not have an NTloader) and reinstall windows.
