Usually Windows takes care of allocating RAM, i.e. it will keep some in reserve, use some, etc... What OS are you using? 32 or 64 bit?

The problem is definitely the amount being reserved by the graphics card. HP specifies it can reserve almost 2 GB of memory (linked). I'm not sure you need to worry about it, it may dynamically reallocate based on system needs. You'd need to look into that and check the driver options (if any).

I could finally resolve it
it was because of Adobe Mater Collection
I installed it on a clean windows installation without installing anything else and made that damage not to allow more than specific amount of ram to be allocated
it was software related but took me 8 months to investigate it

but after all my right channle audio was damaged from the first time
the speed of the proccesor is not as much as it is dued

also it provides so much hit allso the fan noise made me crazy as it is not seems to be a laptop
the noise make it seems to be a server

after all I do not recommand this notebook to others
thank you
