I have been unable to load SP2 - as soon as I do my mouse and printer cease
working. I have serached the knowledge base but nothing come us - would
appreciate some assistance. Regards Greg

Youve gone to the mouse/printer manu web sites and looked for updated
drivers FAQ's?
Possibly also your mobo site?

Disconnect the printer when doing the installation. Do the same for any
other peripherals. Go to the device manufacturer's web site and look
for an update driver for sp2.
