lost admin pw xp pro

hi, i was trying to repair my windows xp pro and it asked me foe an admin password. the thing is i forgot it. is there a way to retrieve it? can i still format without it? thx.

can you log on with another admin acocunt? if so, do a search for LC10 and locate a working copy of it, it will have your admin password back in no time
