I don't understand why you think these new CPU's are going to out perform a highly tuned 32bit CPU. None of the sotware used in benchmarks can utilize the 64bit CPU. Also 64bit CPU's don't always mean a faster machine. One of the exterme beneifts 64bit CPU's have is the higher memory addressing but it pretty much ends there with your standard gaming machine. The CPU's tested from AMD are 2200Mhz, compared to a P4 with 3600Mhz. I don't know what all the fuss is in the first place 64bit CPU's have been around since the late 90's with your RISC CPU's and other manufacturers.

Hmm... I agree to what u say... I will not want to spend the extra cash on smthing which is faster than normal cpus by 5-10 seconds...
