Moniter FBT sparking

Hello,
My LG Flatron 17 inch Crt moniter's anode cap is sparking and little burned out.
how i replace the anode cap.

i know how to discharge the crt anode voltage, but dont know how to replace anode cap, please help me.

Seriously-- if a CRT has reached this point it's time to think about getting a flatscreen -- less heat, save electricity and space.
