Windows 7 clean install

I just got my new computer and i want to install win 7 x64 on it.

Currently i am on 32 bit.

So i copied data files of win 7 x64 to a usb stick and made it bootable.

After i boot on it windows 7 cant recongnize HDD . I have 2 hdd sata .They are rec on bios but not in the setup .

What is wrong in there.

Currently i have no dvd room or floppy. Just usb

I already fixed that and i dont know how -.-

Also now im getting on dr denug led numbers from 0 to 99 than shutdown and restart.

What is wrong now ?
