HP Windows Recovery Error
Last response: in Windows 7
Hello,
My HP laptop seems to be stuck in this error recovery limbo. I have tried just about every option F8 has to offer - I just end up at the blue user screen frozen. I have also tried F11 to recover, leads me to blue user screen again - frozen. I also am not able to select a user at this point - just a blank blue screen. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you!
