Says it will work with all valid versions of windows vista, or XP.


I have an OEM version of windows vista and I was wondering if that would still qualify me for an upgrade.

Are you 100% positive. I mean, the oem isn't upgradable I thought.

OEM are upgradeable.

It is not transferable. It is upgradable.

Yes - You may upgrade your Home OEM to a 7 Ultimate. Though unless you need to do things like set up network domains and encrypt your hard drive, I'd recommend sticking to Home Premium.
