I bought my Inspiron severl years ago, but since the
screen has become cracked thanks to someone kicking
it while it was in my car. Anyway, will a 7000 screen
work on a 7500?

About the CD-ROM drive that came with it. It will not
read 750MB CD-R's. Is it possible to upgrade the
firmware so that it can read them? Perhaps, I can
get a newer external CD-ROM drive for it if not.

No one knows anything? Has anyone ever done this before?
Nevermind on the CD problem. It was just a bad burn,
and I meant 700mb (80min) CD's.
