After installing Norton SystemWorks 2005 I get a blue screen of death error
message stating BAD_POOL_HEADER. This occurs after utilizing the fax feature
within Windows XP. The last page of a fax transmission appears to have been
sent but instead of receiving the chime to indicate a completed transmission,
I get the blue screen. Can anyone tell me what a bad pool header is, why
this is occuring and what can I do to resolve the problem

I won't let Norton anywhere near my machine anymore.
I know that isn't what you want to hear, but Norton support might have a
fix.

Take a look at this MS page on the MSDN website.

For most references to Win2000, think Win XP (but XP has no ERD ).
