Hello, i bought a new laptop gx623-494XBL and it's not okay...

When i play a more demanding game like Crysis warhead or Starcraft II Beta after 15-20 minutes the screen just goes black, but the sound keeps going and i can hear the the menu open when i press ESC button.

When i play a less demanding game like Left 4 Dead 2 or World of Warcraft it doesn't do that even if i play for a few hour, but left 4 dead after a while doesn't go smoothly but after a few minutes again goes smoothly but frames per second is allways at 30-40

System:
Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 2.00 Ghz
RAM 4 GB DDR-II 800Mhz (my windows XP x32 is only able to use 3GB of ram)
HDD 320 GB 5400 RPM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 512MB of GDDR3 RAM

sounds like a heat issue to me. If its brand new you might want to send it back to be evaluated and see if the GPU is being cooled enough. It could possibly be a power issue with the GPU being full load and the PSU not supplying enough juice too, but that seems less likely.

What are the load temps on the GPU and CPU like?

I used a program GPU-Z to see what temps are on my GPU while i play Starcraft 2 beta (all grapgic's options set to high, but not ultra) and it shows:

Date , GPU Core Clock [MHz] , GPU Memory Clock [MHz] , GPU Temperature [°C] , Fan Speed [%] , GPU Load [%]

This is the last record's of the GPU-Z program before the black screen and probably a few after that. Another strange thing, ATI catalyst center always shows 0°C temp on GPU.
One thing about fan speed, it always shows 30%, but i can heart that it starts to work faster when the temp gets higher.
The CPU gets up to 60°C or less.
