Office-Programm not working

Hello,
My PC have had some Promlem, so I take the research programm to start biuld up difference programms new. If I had build all the Programms I have to Start Microsoft Office with the 25 letter code but the anwer was code wrong.
I Buy the PC in cluding all the Programm but after the research theProgrmm not working
What can I do thank you for help

If you bought the PC and it included Office... go back to who you bought it from and ask them to fix it... or at least give you a valid key to activate.
