Viewsonic vg2230 wm not displaying the whole screen

HP laptop - unknown video card-
I not displaying the on the whole screen to the 22 monitor.

Partial screen approx. 1 to 2 inches of black area about it.
I tried all the normal auto adjust and try to drag options without success.

Is there a xp driver?

i think it is this right click on the desktop and properties and graphic options and select full screen instead of aspect ratio.
