Dell's dinky keyboard - Replace it?

I want to buy a Dell Inspiron 1464 except the keyboard feels like a dinky piece of plastic that will break in a month. Is there anyway to replace the keyboard? Where would I purchase a new keyboard? New Egg?

If I can't replace the keyboard, I might spring for a Vaio CW Series instead (for an extra $250) ... I'd rather just replace the keyboard though ....

I doubt if you can swap out a laptop keyboard for something better -- you could use an external. Better to choose a computer which feels right in the first place.
