Windows 7 installation fail

Hello,
I have AMD X2 4600+M2N68 AM SE + 2gb Trancend 667 Mhz Ram.

I am unable to install any version of win 7 on this
config
Should anyone will guide in this problem?

Hi, Is SATA set to AHCI or IDE in BIOS?

What error are you getting?
What means are you installing? (Disk/USB)
Have you changed boot order to CD/DVD?
What mode have you selected for your HDD SATA Port?

AS all you asked the error is that

It never recognize installation Drive after setup started expanding windows files

This is what happen when start Installing

Now I have decided to upgrade BIOS of my matherboard
