Tungsten E2 Opinions

I have tried over and over to add a 1 Gb. card to my PALM TUNGSTEN E2. The card is reconized but not incorporated to enhance the Palm's memory. At my ageof 77 with loss of memory due to an aircraft crash, I purchased the tungsten e2 as an auxillary brain.
i CAN FIND NO HELP ON THE INTERNET TO MAKE THE ADDED MEMORY CARD INCREASE ITS MEMORY!
I just purchased a huaweu 8800 smart phone., hoping it will take the place of the Palm. If it doesn't, I'll return it for credit!
I can not even sync. the palm with my new lenovo v570 laptop becauses it is running 64 bit google home.
Hewlette Packard will not help me without paying a small fortune for info. I can not understand because no one speaks English!
