What is everyone's thoughts on the Microsoft Sidewinder Series Input devices:

Sidewinder X4 Keyboard, apparently labeled a gaming keyboard.
Sidewinder X3 Mouse, Gaming mouse.

Would a person regard these to peripherals gaming devices?

I would, although on the lower end of the spectrum.

I like the X8 mouse and X6 keyboard.

I think both the X8 and X6 are the same as the X4 and X3 with regards to what their main purpose is its only by design that they are judged

I personally like the x4 its had pretty good reviews here and there. It also comes with a 3 year warrenty instead of 1 year like its competitors. I'm actually about to order it and the X3 mouse so i'll post here in about a week when i have them and can give a hands on review.

If someone know's the difference between these products it would help though
MS website shows the $100 version of the X3 as a 5 pack but newegg is not very clear.
I see the model number is different also.
If anyone know's the difference please post.

I read that the X4 keyboard was made as gamers complained about keyboards not responding to the buttons they pushed and the weight of keyboards so its light in weight and has anti ghosting technology, So for a keyboard as basic as it looks works well.
