I'm having audio issues and i suspect its Microsoft drivers because i deactivated them and saw improvement in the sound quality. Then i uninstall and reboot and they keep on installing. I disabled the windows auto driver install to never. Even if i reboot they are activated automatically upon reboot.

In the sounds controls there are 2 audio: 1 in English and another in my local language (Portuguese), don't know if that helps.

Go to device manager: Control panel>hardware and sound>device manager. Go to sound and expand then uninstall whatever it is you want to uninstall.
