Can not install audio driver

i have alenovo G560 laptop. i cant install the audio driver for windows xp SP2. i have install the .net framework. still its nt getting installed. a Realtek High Defination Audio Driver is already installed in it and i am unable to uninstall it. the lenovo drivers pack has a "conexant audio driver" reffered for installation bt its nt getting installed. when i start installing it, it shows the message " Access Denied" and then "Driver Installation failed: Could not find the device for this driver".
please help me !!

If you are trying to re-install Windows, have you tried the Restore to Factory by pressing F11 at startup?
