Cooling fans (and heat sinks) are generally custom made to fit a particular
brand of card. There is no such thing as a standard cooling fan for graphics
cards. By coincidence, the fan from one brand of card may fit another.
Suggestions:
See if the fan alone can be removed, leaving a heat sink still on the card, then
maybe replace just the fan, possibily using a power connector from the power
supply instead of the card.
If the present cooling fan does not move at all, it is probably toast. It it
still rotates a little bit, a good cleaning of accumulated dirt may restore it
to near-original condition.
Try eBay?
