Net Passport is not on your system. The information is on the Microsoft
servers. Your computer just uses this information when you go to a website
the utilizes Passport. If you don't want to use it, don't. But you will find
that some Microsoft sites mandate a Passport to access the sites.

If you have a hotmail account or a MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger account -
you automatically have a Microsoft Passport also.
