Samsung Px2370 problem

Hi.
I just bought a samsung px2370 led monitor and when I turned it on, on the blank black page was a big green stain and at the bottom a white one.

after connecting my laptop to the display, the problem was there in showing black.
but other colors don't show any green or white.

Should I change my monitor or this is a common problem?
