I put lock on my sumsung phone and forget passward please help me unlock it

Please do not ask for password help in these forums , it's against forum rules and you will not get a respnose to your question. For further help with your situation you can read the sticky ar the top of this forum section by Apanzee, it will detail what you can do for forgotton password.

Actually my sticky is just for network unlocks - I'll add something in about this tomorrow after work. In the case of being locked out the phone itself due to incorrectly entering the password too many times, the only options are to attempt recovery via the google account or to call the carrier.

There is other ways, but as inzone already mentioned we will not help you crack your way through security. If you own the device, and you can prove it, call the carrier. Easiest simplest way of doing it.
