Check your HOSTS file to see if there are any entries blocking dot.tk.

If using Internet Explorer, check restricted sites.

IE | Tools | Internet Options | Security tab | Restricted Sites |
Sites button | Web sites

How do you check your HOSTS files?

I checked my restricted site, but nothing is on there.

File named HOSTS, with no extension in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
folder.

Try this.

Paste this in the Start | Run box and click OK...

%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

An Open With dialog will pop up, scroll down to and double click Notepad.

HOSTS will open in Notepad.
