There are solitaire games which allow this. Google is your friend.
Found one where you can change the cards at
http://home.arcor.de/amigasolitaire/e/special.html, but haven't tried
it. You might want to look at http://www.solitairecentral.com/ if
you're interested in more solitaire games. (Also came up googling.)
